Please read this important information about the showroom opening

We are sure that you are all aware of the requirements of Level 2 operations, but to make requirements clear, we have the following procedures in place for Level 2 visits to the showroom & site.
The showroom will be open on Thursday 14th May by appointment only

  • Please make your booking, or ask your customer to make a booking using the online form here
  • If you are unwell, please do not come
  • Please check online and make choices on material and colours before arrival so we can have your slabs ready (we suggest our website or Archipro)
  • Maintain distancing of at least 1 metre at all times and please observe hygiene measures – sanitise hands, refrain from touching surfaces (I know this is really hard with beautiful stone!)
  • Keep the group as small as possible, also time restrictions will be in place so make sure you have let us know what you want to look at on the booking form

We Are Ready for Level 3

Universal Granite Ltd will be open for business on the 28th April 2020 as per the level 3 restrictions required by the government. This means that we will be doing deliveries and will allow collection of goods but unfortunately we will not be able to have showroom viewings at this time.

We urge customers to view products o this site or Archipro where we have loaded most of our product range for viewing, our sales staff are also available to give technical advice and to help make the best selection of stone from our range, which is the largest in New Zealand.

We have measures in place for collection and distribution – for contactless receipt and delivery of goods. Please contact your sales representative or email orders@universalgranite.co.nz for instructions on this. We will be following all requirements on others sites and making clear the requirements of our site. In all circumstances prior contact will be made and bookings adhered to, to the best of our ability.

All orders should be emailed to orders@universalgranite.co.nz and include a mobile number so we can contact prior to delivery & email your pickslip for contactless pick up, also a date and time for pick ups.

Everyone can appreciate how the last weeks of isolation have affected our community, we hope that you managed to have an enjoyable, if somewhat unusual, Easter. At Universal Granite we are committed to bring you the the best sourced natural stone from around the world and continue offering our range of engineered product

Alongside this we are monitoring all the Health & Safety requirements that the Government will have in place post the level 4 requirements so that we can operate within the restrictions and deliver the best service possible under that regime. We hope to be able to resume deliveries as soon as level 3 measures come into effect. Unfortunately, it will not be possible to open our showroom at level 3, however please do keep in touch with our sales staff who have years of technical knowledge between them:

Coronavirus policy and contacts

Universal Granite is currently closed, being classified as a non-essential service during the quarantine period. We will be resuming business as usual as soon as we are able, we note that this may involve some restrictions initially.
